RETURNS AND REFUNDS
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
In accordance with European legislation, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note: this legal right does not cover opened products, for hygiene and safety reasons.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are applied as a fixed fee of €8.
In case of an error on our part (damaged, defective, non-compliant product), the costs will be borne by DE AUREA.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact our customer service at contact@deaurea.fr , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for validation and return instructions.

Products must be returned complete, undamaged and sealed.
REFUND
The refund will be issued within 14 working days from receipt and verification of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the conditions are not met (opened product, damaged packaging), no refund can be given.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PREPARATION ERRORS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service department immediately. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
